Terms of Service
Last updated · April 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Walos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Walos provides managed Sui event indexing and a query-gateway API for the Sui blockchain. The Service includes the Walos dashboard, query-gateway APIs, webhook delivery, and related tooling. Additional product surfaces may be introduced under separate launch notices; unreleased surfaces are not part of the current Service.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
- Exceed your plan's rate limits or quotas through circumvention
- Resell access to the Service without written authorization
5. Billing & Payment
Paid plans are renewed manually through managed deposit invoices denominated in Sui Mainnet USDC or USDT. After an invoice is created, you send the exact amount to the provided deposit address. There are no automatic recurring charges. Plan changes take effect after the payment is received and confirmed on-chain. Refunds or off-flow payment issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Data & Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Walos indexes publicly available data from the Sui blockchain, which remains governed by the Sui network rules regardless of the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Free tier accounts may be subject to additional availability limitations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If you want to close your account, contact support and we will process the request using the controls available in the current product configuration. Data may be retained for operational or legal reasons for a period of time after account closure.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
