1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Administrator username provisioned through the operator environment configuration
  • Usage data: API request counts, query volumes, and feature usage for billing and quota enforcement
  • Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and debugging
  • Payment data: Sui Mainnet billing order metadata, managed deposit invoice addresses, and on-chain USDC / USDT payment transaction digests used to verify invoice payments. We do not store private keys or traditional payment credentials on our servers

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing and maintaining the Service
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Enforcing usage quotas and rate limits
  • Sending service-related notifications
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse
  • Improving the Service based on aggregate usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Sui fullnode / RPC providers — for reading and verifying billing transactions on Sui Mainnet
  • Supabase — for database hosting
  • Sentry — for error monitoring (anonymized)
  • Vercel — for application hosting

4. Blockchain Data

Walos indexes publicly available data from the Sui blockchain. Event data indexed by the Service is public by nature and remains subject to the transparency properties of the Sui network.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as it is needed to operate the service, enforce quotas, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by deployment and data category. If you want Walos to delete your account data, contact us and we will handle the request according to the systems that are active for your workspace.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only:

  • Authentication session tokens (required for login)
  • Last-used organization, project, and environment preferences

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Request help exporting account information we store
